WHO WE ARE
The Christ Community Outreach Center is to be an anchor in the DeKalb community by providing outreach programs and events to equip and empower, while discipling and drawing families to know the love of Jesus Christ.
CURRENT PROGRAMS:
Conversational Café
Conversational Café at the Outreach Center is offered on the every third Saturday of the month. This program aims to create an engaging environment where individuals can practice their English speaking skills in a supportive and nonjudgmental setting. Light refreshments and board games will be available to spark conversations. For any questions, please contact Megan Shumaker at mshumaker@ccclife.org
***Effective July 19, the Conversational Cafe will not longer be hosted at the Outreach Center but will move to Christ Community Church's Dekalb campus located at: 2350 Pride Ave, DeKalb, Ilinois, 60115***
GOSPEL JUSTICE CENTER
Legal Aid Center hosted the first Saturday of every month from 9am-12pm at the DeKalb Outreach Center. Walk-Ins welcome!
NOTE: There will be no Administer Justice Gospel Clinic at the Outreach Center on the following dates:
▪️Saturday June 7th due to limited staffing
▪️Saturday July 5th in observance of the 4th of July

ESL (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE)
ESL (English as a Second Language) classes at the Outreach Center are in partnership with Kishwaukee College. Classes offered in Beginner, Intermediate, & Advance levels.
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-8pm.
ESL class Fall semester: August 19- December 11, 5pm-8:30pm

AFTER SCHOOL KIDS CLUB
After School Kids Club is a program that meets every Tuesday. This is a FREE program for ages K-5th grade to anyone living in the DeKalb area! We pair kids up with a reading buddy, do arts and crafts, play games, and more!
Kids Club After School program runs every Tuesday from 4pm-5:30pm during the school year.
